Responsibilities
- Legal support for projects at all stages of implementation.
- Support business units of the client within project activities.
- Develop contractual frameworks for projects and complex contractual structures.
- Create standard contract forms.
- Review contracts and prepare other contractual documentation.
- Prepare legal opinions and memos on assigned issues.
- Prepare for audit reporting for foreign business units.
- Independently engage verified external partners when necessary.
Requirements
- Higher legal education.
- At least 3 years of experience in independent legal project support and risk management at the C-level.
- Experience supporting IT companies with expertise in iGaming and high-risk sectors, focusing on international law.
- English language proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to structure information and provide clear legal conclusions.
- Experience in automating legal processes.
- Familiarity with AI as an advantage.
