Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core frontend platform primitives to ensure the workflow builder is scalable and maintainable.
- Architect the canvas-based building experience and implement real-time collaboration using WebSockets and CRDTs.
- Optimize rendering performance and runtime behavior for complex, high-performance user interfaces.
- Strengthen platform contracts, plugin systems, and overall frontend developer experience (DX).
- Drive technical decisions through RFCs and collaborate with product engineers, QA, and the open-source community.
Requirements
- Experience building architecture-heavy frontend products such as canvas tools, collaborative editors, or real-time applications.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and a deep understanding of performance measurement and profiling.
- Proven track record of owning meaningful frontend systems, leading migrations, or re-architecting complex product areas.
- Must be based in or have the right to work in Europe or the US.
- English: B2+ proficiency required as it is the company's primary language.
