American Express, in collaboration with Resy and the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, has launched a Restaurant Academy aimed at empowering restaurant owners and managers. This four-month program, starting this fall, will focus on leadership development, financial management, and enhancing the guest experience amidst a challenging industry landscape.
