Responsibilities
- Decompose business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Develop and describe use cases based on user stories to detail user interaction logic with the system.
- Define and document integration points with external services.
- Analyze input documentation, protocols, and data formats for integrations.
- Create clear, understandable, and verifiable tasks for the development and testing team (including acceptance criteria).
- Ensure technical literacy of task definitions to minimize misunderstanding risks during implementation.
- Utilize UML notation (sequence, state, class, activity diagrams) to describe logic, state transitions, and component interactions.
- Use IDEF notation (e.g., IDEF0) for modeling functional capabilities of the system and management processes.
Requirements
- Experience in decomposing business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of UML and IDEF notation.
- Proficiency in developing use cases from user stories.
- Ability to document integration points and analyze data formats.
- Experience in creating clear tasks with acceptance criteria.
