Responsibilities
- Combine observability and operations for legacy and new stacks into a unified standard;
- Build effective alerting with prioritization and escalations to reduce noise and accelerate response;
- Establish a stable incident management process: triage, roles, communication, post-mortem, and follow-up actions;
- Implement 24/7 on-call duties with clear rotation and runbooks;
- Ensure safe phased migration to GitOps without SLA degradation.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior SRE/DevOps;
- Production environment experience with a hybrid of Bare metal and Kubernetes;
- Ability to build observability: metrics, logs, SLI/SLO, alerting based on service signals;
- Experience leading incidents as an Incident Commander and conducting RCA;
- Experience setting up on-call duties, runbooks, and operational processes;
- Strong Linux and networking skills, understanding of edge/DNS/TLS/LB;
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive changes to operational results.
