Responsibilities
- Managing 1-3 projects simultaneously
- Planning timelines, stages, and monitoring task completion
- Organizing communication between the commercial block, technical team, and client
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and agreements
- Preparing project documentation and reporting
- Managing risks and escalations within the project
- Ensuring transparency of project status for all participants
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Mandatory experience in outstaffing/outsourcing
- Higher technical education
- Understanding of the IT project lifecycle
- Willingness to take responsibility for results
- Basic understanding of software development/AI/digital projects
