Responsibilities

  • Managing 1-3 projects simultaneously
  • Planning timelines, stages, and monitoring task completion
  • Organizing communication between the commercial block, technical team, and client
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines and agreements
  • Preparing project documentation and reporting
  • Managing risks and escalations within the project
  • Ensuring transparency of project status for all participants

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Mandatory experience in outstaffing/outsourcing
  • Higher technical education
  • Understanding of the IT project lifecycle
  • Willingness to take responsibility for results
  • Basic understanding of software development/AI/digital projects
