- Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Managing timelines, risks, and removing blockers.

- Assisting management in performance management and goal setting.
Требования
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams in development.
- Proven experience leading AI/ML projects (LLM/RAG/agents or classic ML/DS).
- Technical literacy for dialogue with developers and data engineers.
- Experience organizing the full development cycle: backlog, timelines, and risks.
- Skills in facilitating team meetings (Scrum, Kanban, retrospectives).
