Обязанности
- Define and own the end-to-end AI testing strategy, including frameworks, tooling, quality gates, and automation approaches for machine-learning and traditional software systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software test leads, setting clear expectations, elevating technical depth, and fostering a culture of quality engineering excellence.
- Architect scalable AI test solutions, such as model-validation pipelines, data-quality checks, bias and drift detection, and performance benchmarking for AI/ML models.
Требования
- Be outside Russia and Belarus;
- Bachelor’s/College degree;
- At least 3 years of working in an English-speaking environment;
- Strong technical background in QA Java engineering (7+ years), leading Test team (5+ years), project management;
- Experience in AI Test Architecture;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes;
- Knowledge of software product design and software integration processes and functions;
- Previous experience with Playwright, Java, Karate, and other tools;
- Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Условия и бенефиты
- Remote b2b contract;
- Full-time, 8 hours a day with 4 hours daily overlap with the core team (8 a.m.-12 p.m. (-5 UTC));
- Vacation is unpaid;
- Minimum contract is 9 months and on;
- Salary: $6700 - 7500 before taxes.
