QLAN is looking for an experienced Lead QA who can take on not only product testing but also the organization of processes within the QA team.
Обязанности
- Lead a team of 3 testers: task assignment, workload distribution, monitoring deadlines and quality of execution.
- Build and improve testing processes within the team.
- Plan testing for releases, determine priorities, and control task completion.
- Organize effective interaction with development, analytics, and product management teams.
- Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle as a leading quality expert.
- Conduct testing of critically important user scenarios, complex integrations, and APIs.
- Control the quality of the team's test documentation.
- Develop and implement unified standards for test case preparation, checklists, and bug reports.
- Form and maintain a knowledge base on testing.
- Participate in feature acceptance and monitor task readiness for release.
Требования
- Experience in testing for at least 4 years.
- Experience in a Lead QA, QA Lead, or Senior QA role with team management.
- Practical experience managing a testing team of 2-3 people.
- Deep understanding of testing theory and test design techniques.
- Experience in preparing test plans, test cases, checklists, and test documentation.
- Proficient in API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, Fiddler, or similar).
- Understanding of client-server application principles.
- Confident use of developer tools in the browser.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and information system architecture.
- Experience with task and defect management systems.
